French term or phrase: bilan de santé

So che bilan de santé di solito di traduce come check-up.
Qui però è proprio il titolo di un documento finanziario, in cui si analizza lo stato di salute di borse ed economia, in questo periodo di turbolenze.

Il titolo è proprio: "Bilan de santé: fragile mais pas déséspéré"

Ora se io metto: "check-up" non credo si capisca che si sta parlando di un check-up "medico". Mi sembra una domanda un po' sciocca, ma non mi viene in mente una soluzione decente. Apprezzerei molto qualche suggerimento da parte di qualche collega con la mente più elastica della mia questa mattina.
