How does one translate this phrase when it does not specifically refer to auditors, but to independent evaluators known as independent pricing agents (see as reference http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/business_commerc...
ie people brought in to make an evaluation for purposes of capital increases, contributions, and such? Yes, an auditor may perform this function, but there appears to be a separate category for this function. Is this function of 'perizia' confined to auditors in Italy?

The context is unfortunately not illuminating to warrant the text being included.
