Si descrive la cannella:

Dissolvez 900 g de sucre en poudre dans 700 ml d’eau bouillante, et ajoutez 2 bâtons de cannelle en morceau, 8 clous de girofle et une noix de muscade entière broyée. Laissez mijoter 45 minutes, en mélangeant régulièrement. Filtrez sur une mousseline et mettez en bouteille. Se garde au réfrigérateur 4 – 6 semaines.

Si parla di cereali secchi:
Laissez mijoter 2 cuillères à soupe d’orge perlé dans 1,5 litres d’eau pendant 30 minutes. Filtrez sur une mousseline dans une cafetière, et ajoutez 2 cuillères à café de sucre et le jus et le zeste d’un citron non traité. Laissez refroidir, mettez en bouteille et réfrigérez.
