Si ces heures étaient comprises dans le ratio, les intégrations seraient mal faites : plutôt que de passer du temps à intégrer une nouvelle personne, vous seriez tentées de la rendre immédiatement productive.
Come potrei rendere in questo caso "hors ratio"?
