secondo me nel tuo contesto (visto che si parla anche di SPAM) penso che sia considerato come ELEMENTO INDESIDERATO /email indesiderata

Explanation:
Trattandosi di email, direi così. Almeno, nel mio client di posta c'è questa casella.
Anche perché io lo leggo come nome alternativo a spam: cioè quella cartella può essere etichettata spam o posta indesiderata a seconda del client.
