Scelgo la risposta di Oscar perché dal testo riesco ad evincere solo l'idea di "diffidenza". Credo che caprbio/testardo/ostinato si riferisca solo al fatto che l'utente non abbia scelto di iscriversi con un'altra modalità. Grazie comunque a tutti.
