È ovvio che la società non agisce per conto dei rappresentanti ma solo su iniziativa di questi.

Cette expression, typiquement française, apparaît le plus souvent dans les conclusions rendues par l'avocat après examen approfondi d'une affaire. Elle s'applique en fait à l'avocat (ou au cabinet d'avocats) lui-même et signifie que celui-ci agit à la demande de son client et au mieux de ses intérêts. A cet égard, "agissant poursuites et diligences de" pourrait être rendu en anglais par "acting at the behest and in the best interests of", équivalent qui rend le sens complet de l'expression originale mais dont l'utilisation ne serait sans doute pas ressentie comme naturelle par un juriste anglais ou américain. Dans un texte anglo-saxon, on utiliserait en fait vraisemblablement "acting on behalf of", expression suffisamment explicite correspondant à "agissant pour le compte de".
