Si tratta di un contratto per un appalto in cui spesso si utilizza la parola "marché" e "projet de marché" ma non mi è ben chiara la traduzione più corretta da usare. Vi faccio degli esempi di contesto:

Après avoir pris connaissance des pièces du projet de marché et après avoir apprécié à mon point de vue et sous ma responsabilité la nature et la difficulté des prestations à exécuter.

Le groupement d'entreprises xxx, titulaire du marché ayant pour objet la construction de ........ est informé qu'après visa de la Commission National des Marchés et approbation de xxxx: le dit marché a été visé par .......
