Vedo che in Francia, il termine si usa essenzialmente nel campo assicurativo e bancario e questo Comité è una Autorità che rilascia ai vari istitui o società l'autorizzazione all'esercizio dell'attività (bancaria, assicurativa, ecc.) In Italia, per le Banche, decide Bankitalia attraverso credo il CICR Comitato interministeriale per il credito e il risparmio e con la Consob quando di competenza. Per le assicurazioni credo che decida l'ISVAP. In sostanza non c'è una commissione vera e propria come in Francia |
