Leggendo il passo più volte mi sentirei di interpretare la voce verbale all'imperfetto come riferita al contestuale provvidemento di respingimento della richiesta di sospensione della provvisoria esecutività della sentenza precedente.
In sostanza il giudice dichiara che "non bisogna avere troppa paura di pagare " (questa ovviamente è una mia interpretazione forzata e scherzosa) in quanto la somma da versare corrisponde "solo" agli importi netti, IVA esclusa!
