In questo senso intendo la posterità: tramandare l'opera ai posteri, renderla immortale, appunto.
Giusto una cosa: nella domanda precedente, quando ti chiedi come tradurre la frase "elles qui allaient vite..." io se fossi in te "elles" non lo tralascerei. Mi spiego: da un punto di vista grammaticale, la frase avrebbe retto benissimo anche con "sociétés artistiques, qui allaient vite..." ecc. ecc. Chi scrive vuole decisamente porre l'accento su "elles", quindi si potrebbe rendere con "... il dominio sempre più crescente delle società artistiche, proprio quelle che di lì a poco avrebbero abbandonato... ecc. ecc." |
