Penso la traduzione possa essere questa. Non ho trovato terminologia relativa a tipi di patta ma ho trovato molto in relazione al tipo di chiusura della stessa. Troverai maggiori info nel link che ti ho dato.

Ciao Valeria, io penso, guardando anche una serie di bermuda al link di seguito, che si tratti dei classici bermuda con elestico e coulisse in vita. per questo motivo penso che Patte boarder stia ad indicare che la patta dei pantaloni che di solito nasconde bottoni o cerniere, sia in questo caso chiusa perchè non porta nè bottoni nè cerniere. penso sia la risposta più logica . http://www.ciao.fr/Mode_Accessoires_285106_2-mode_pour-homme... dai un'occhiata anche a questo sito dove trovarai
