Segue descrizione di un normalissimo borsone da viaggio (basta digitare la frase su Google Images per vedere di che si tratta).
Non credo che l'idraulico qui c'entri qualcosa, ma esiste un termine specifico per questo tipo di borsa? Nella descrizione non si nominano né tasche né compartimenti speciali che possano ricordare la borsa degli attrezzi di un idraulico...
