Aggiungo che, visto che non abbiamo più contesto, in caso si trattasse di storni o vacanze non godute, non parlerei di *spese* ma direi *penale* cioè: *penale per spese di gestione*

diritti di prenotazione


Explanation:
Secondo me, l'espressione è questa, è vero come hanno detto tutti i colleghi che si tratta di spese di pratica, cioè di quelle spese che coprono il lavoro di chi prenota, di chi apre la pratica, di chi sta dietro alla prenotazione, di chi si occupa di riservare la camera, ecc. ma secondo me, tutto va sotto la dicitura "diritti di prenotazione", come avviene nel caso delle agenzie in cui tutto va sotto la dicitura "diritti d'agenzia".
