come da definizione di wiki: Un pot lyonnais est une bouteille, spécialité de Lyon. C'est une bouteille au fond très épais ayant une contenance d'exactement 46 centilitres . Ce type de bouteille est principalement utilisé dans les bouchons, restaurants typiques de Lyon et de sa région.

je ne traduirais aucun des termes , c'est " le pot lyonnais " tout entier qui a cette contenance de 46 cl et ces caractéristiques .
Si on parle de " contraffazione " il doit s'agir d'un modèle déposé , et on ne peut probablement pas " modifier " le nom .
Je donnerais juste quelques explications entre parenthèses

Non abbiamo voluto prendere una costosa bottiglia, e quindi ci siamo accontentati di un “pot” (mezzo litro, in effetti il pot lionese “ufficiale” credo sia di 46 cl.) di vino sfuso, che era comunque un piacevole Anjou rosso AOC, rinforzato da un bicchiere di Coteaux du Layon, vino dolce della Loira che molti considerano la più valida alternativa al Sauternes, per accompagnare la terrina al fegato grasso.

Asker: moi aussi, en fait, j'avais l'intention de laisser ce mot tel quel, étant donné qu'il est question de contrefaçon, je me demandais uniquement si le modèle déposé avait quand meme un équivalent officiel italien
