Nous avons 100 millions d'euros de ligne confirmée, et 55 millions d'euros de ligne de découvert qui ne sont pas utilisés. Nous avons donc une capacité d'investissement marginale d'environ 155 millions d'euros au niveau de la holding. C'est assez significatif. Il est clair que si ces fonds étaient utilisés pour faire un investissement, se rajouterait à ces 155 millions d'euros la capacité d'investissement de la cible, qui est en réalité un multiple de son résultat.
