wszczęcie postępowania spadkowego


Explanation:
Z kontekstu wynika, że chodzi raczej o wszczęcie postępowania spadkowego, niż otwarcie spadku, które jest po prostu rónoważne śmierci (lub uznaniu za nieżyjącego) spadkodawcy i samo w sobie nie prowadzi do stwierdzenia nabycia spadku.

agree  Witold Lekawa: Le problème réside dans le contexte. En effet, la signification de " marque le début " est celle de " commence ". "Wszczęcie postępowania spadkowego oznacza "que le patrimoine du défunt a été transmis à ses successeurs" n'a pas de sens.
