Law/Patents - Law (general) / akty stanu cywilnego | | French term or phrase: caractere divisible du lien de filiation | "le pere qui declare le reconnaitre ce jour et etre informe du caractere divisible du lien de filiation ainsi etabli" taki tekst (ale z akcentami!) znajduje się na odpisie zupełnym aktu urodzenia dziecka. Zorientowałam się już, że ów podzielny charakter uznania dziecka oznacza, iż niezaleznie od siebie matka i ojciec uznają je za swoje. Jak to przetłumaczyć na język polski? Czy jest coś podobnego w polskim prawie?
