Rozumiem, że "action" w kontekście pełnomocnictwa i sporów to "sprawa sądowa", "renvoyer" to coś w rodzaju "przekazania", istnieje też znaczenie "uwolnienie od", ale nie pasuje kompletnie do kontekstu, a czyli: ...oraz do zatwierdzania lub przekazywania spraw sądowych innym stronom??? Jakiś bełkot z tego mi wyszedł. |
