Niestety nie zgadzam się z poprzedniczką, nie ma czegoś takiego jak "Cour de Grande Instance".

Prokurator Republiki reprezentuje prokuraturę przed TGI (art. L.311-14 CPP). Procureur General pełni te same funkcje, ale przed Cour de cassation, d'appel ou d'assises. Jest też zwierzchnikiem Prokuratorów Republiki.
Jeśli chodzi o Ministere Public to po prostu Prokuratura, potocznie Parquet.
