Wlasciwie to chodzi tu o znaczenie pelnego zdania, ktore brzmi: "Vu les assignations délivrées X jour aux sociétés Y et Z qui n'ont pas constitué avoué".

I tu przyznam, zbaranialam. Czy "assignation" to po prostu pozew?

Ale co znaczy ostatnia czesc zdania?! Czy to, ze ww. spolki nie wyznaczyly sobie zadnego prawnika, radcy, czy innego podobnego zastepcy sadowego? Czy chodzi o inna bajke?
