French to Polish translations [PRO]
Law/Patents - Law (general) / nazewnictwo sądów | | French term or phrase: sąd wojewódzki, sąd okręgowy | Mam problem z nazewnictwem. Tłumaczę wyrok dotyczący rozwodu z roku 1995. Nie dość, że trudno znaleźć najlepszą nazwę dla naszego sądu, to jeszcze wyrok został napisany na jakimś starym formularzu z nazwą "Sąd Wojewódzki w ...", a opieczętowany pieczęciami "Sąd Okręgowy w..."
Do tego dochodzi problem najwłaściwszego oddania nazwy instytucji francuskiemu odbiorcy.
Co z tym zrobić?

Orzecznictwo europjskie odchodzi o tłumaczenia nazw instytucji, ja tłumaczę ale jak wyżej.

tak w zasadzie jak patrzę po datach dokumentów to bardzo szybko przestałam tłumaczyć Sąd Wojewódzki jako tribunal de voïévodie, i po dyskusji z francuskim prawnikiem zmieniłam to na tribunal régional. A co za tym idzie kiedy mzmieniły one nazwę na okręgowe, tłumaczenie pozostało takie same... |

| Grading comment Bardzo dziękuję. Też tak myślałam, ale "namieszało" mi się trochę w związku z dwoam nazwami tej samej instytucji po polsku. Raz jeszcze,serdeczne dzięki za wyjasnienia i radę.
