D'autre part, le but est justement de délivrer autant de copies du certificat de titre exécutoire européen que d'expéditions exécutoires d'un jugement. De plus, il convient de définir plus précisément le concept d'"expédition exécutoire" à l'article 3.
Por outro lado, o objectivo é precisamente de emitir tantas cópias da certidão de Título Executivo Europeu quantas as certidões executórias de uma sentença. Além disso, convirá também incluir no artigo 3.o a definição de "certidão executória".
