Dire pour droit que la demande originaire est irrecevable ;
Traduzi:
POR ESTES MOTIVOS QUE O TRIBUNAL SE DIGNE --
Com ressalva de quaisquer direitos e sem reconhecimento prejudicial; --
Declarar a oposição regular e em tempo, admissível e fundada; --
Anular o julgamento à revelia e (dar provimento?) novamente;--
Declarar (por direito que o pedido originário?) é inadmissível; --
