In ceea ce priveste "certificarea", daca veti depune actele prin intermediul unui avocat, acesta isi poate pune parafa pe copie (eu personal nu o pun decat daca detinatorul actului este in fata mea) si poate scrie sub parafa "conform cu originalul". Fireste ca mentiunea este scrisa in limba romana
