Stiu ca nu este un termen existent in doctrina romaneasca de drept, dar traducerea mot a mot mi se pare perfecta si pot sa va explic si de ce, dar ar trebui sa scriu foarte mult :)

Scuze, ca sa explic totusi optiunea pentru rezistenta si nu pentru refuz, rezistenta inseamna ca ai sansa sa obtii ceva dar foarte greu si ca eforturilor tale li se opune rezistenta, care poate sa fie abuziva sau unfair, ca sa folosim un termen mai lejer, pe cand refuzul inseamna ca it's not going to happen no matter what and it's kind of final, or irrevocable, as you prefer.

Revin, m-a captivat termenul, limba franceza este superba, va imaginati o societate comerciala sau o administratie rea si morocanoasa care nu vrea sa faca ce vrei tu sau sa isi onoreze obligatiile intr-un mod simplu si direct. Eterna noastra sursa de inspiratie in drept este mult mai subtila decat varianta noastra. Nu am avut timp sa citesc inca noul cod civil roman (imi place si confuzia fara diacritice, de aia nu am scris romanesc), dar este proiectul meu de vacanta de craciun.
