Прошу помочь с переводом фразы:
"En verty des roles, decisions de justice, contrats ou titres rendus executoires par l'autorite competente, JE VOUS DEMANDE DE PAYER dans un delai de HIT JOURS a compter de la presente notification la somme figurant sur la ligne TOTAL A PAYER.
Мой вариант-
"На основании ?реестров?, решений суда, договоров или исполнительных листов, выданных уполномоченным органом, ?ПРОШУ ВАС ОПЛАТИТЬ? в течение ВОСЬМИ ДНЕЙ после получения настоящего извещения сумму, указанную в строке ВСЕГО К ОПЛАТЕ.
Role нашла только как реестры, очень смущает фраза от первого лица заглавными буквами JE VOUS DEMANDE DE PAYER (нужно ли указывать Я ПРОШУ..., т.к. подписи в конце нет, но, возможно, она была, т.к. конец документа отсутствует, оторван по пунктиру); a compter de la presente notification - м.б. пропущено слово "получение"? или имеется в виду "на основании.."?

Что касается "rôle", думаю, что речь идет о налоговом документе. Посмотрите в ссылке определение "rôle d'imposition"

Хотя, конечно, это только предположение. Зависит от контекста, говориться ли в Вашем тексте о взыскании неуплаченных налогов.

Мне тоже кажется, что rôle относится к налогам. Например, к налогам на недвижимость.
Например, у нас на основании rôle foncier/rôle d'évaluation foncière (англ. assessment roll) и facteur comparatif рассчитываются ежегодные муниципальные и школьные налоги.

rôle d'imposition
DEF – Liste sur laquelle figurent les noms des contribuables avec le montant des impôts ou taxes qu'ils auront à payer.

OBS – Cette liste, qui sert en particulier dans le cas des impôts fonciers, donne lieu à l'envoi aux contribuables d'un avis d'imposition leur précisant le montant à payer alors que, dans le cas de l'impôt sur le revenu des particuliers et de l'impôt sur les bénéfices des sociétés, les contribuables concernés doivent faire eux-mêmes les calculs nécessaires.
