Это рекомендации по организации работы в магазинах одежды во время распродаж. У меня есть подозрение, что это варианты размещения товара в магазине. Может, имеются в виду просто стопки одежды и длинные вешалы, выстроенные один за другим в паровозик? Специалисты в этом деле, пожалуйста, отзовитесь! Какие для этого термины существуют в русском языке?
