La traduction qui correspond à bio ou biologique en matière d'agriculture est "orgánico" (en anglais : organic).
On parle des propriétés d'un fruit biologique et on dit qu'il exerce une action adaptogène bioactive.

Gracias a todos. Me quedé con bioactivo, pero me dio la impresión que Yaotl no leyó lo que había especificado (razón de mi problema): que bio y biologique se traducen por orgánico.

actividad biológica


Explanation:
bioactif, en biologie, signifie : qui est doué d'une activité biologique.

L'agriculture biologique est effectivement « agricultura orgánica » en espagnol, mais là je pense que l'on peut dire : que esta fruta tiene una actividad biológica.

Ben oui, du coup j'ai oublié « bioactivo » (=que tiene efecto sobre la materia viva) qui figure dans le dictionnaire de Manuel Seco.
