La Chine, une opportunité pour le "bio"
Les chinois consomment de plus en plus de fruits et légumes biologiques.

¿Hasta qué punto puedo traducir por "ecológicas" y no "biológicas", cosa que me parece una estupidez (con todo respeto) puesto que obviamente somos "biológicos"?

Explanation:
pienso que puedes usar las dos ya que las dos se refieren a una misma agricultura sin ogms, y respetuosa con los suelos ydemás.

Pienso que en castellano se usa más ecológica, pero quizá empecemos a usar más lo de biológica por influencia del francés.
