Cooking / Culinary | | French term or phrase: coffre | Necesito traducir el nombre de este corte de cerdo. Entiendo que se trata del "tórax", pero nome parece un término adecuado en este caso.
Algo de contexto:
"Et enfin, tu vas avoir un joli carré de cochon.
Un coffre de cochon. Le coffre, ça veut dire que tu as pas les cuissots du cochon,
tu as pas la tête du cochon".
