Explanation:
En el 1º enlace, verás que en la receta mantienen el nombre "sot l'y laisse". Tal vez convendría que lo dejes tal cual.
En el 2º enlace habla de sacar esa parte, pero no estoy segura que se trate de la rabadilla, ya que si miras en la figura que ilustra el 1º enlace verás que la zona de donde se obtiene está un poco más arriba. Espero te sirva.
