Alguien podría por favor decirme si "C. Terminal" equivale al último curso? si no, que es? como se puede traducir?gracias

creo que es "contrôle terminal" que se va oponiendo al "contrôle continu"
En Francia está de moda poner un coeficiente sobre el trabajo realizado en el transcurso del año y otro para un examen final. De esta manera, el alumno no está penalizado si fracasa en el examen final.
