tengo una duda con la traducción del este título: "Diplôme de bachelier technicien". Esta misma persona luego obtuvo el "Brevet de technicien supérieur", que entiendo que es el título de técnico superior.
¿Cómo debo traducor el "diplôme de bachelier technicien"?

Éste es el equivalente en España, aunque debes tener en cuenta que, en Francia, "bachelier" implica haber aprobado nuestro bachillerato y, además, nuestra selectividad.
Le "brevet de technicien supérieur" equivale a una formación profesional de grado superior (que se realiza después del bachiller, frente a la de grado medio que se realiza después de la ESO).
Ahora bien, no sé si te puedes permitir la traducción por equivalencias frente a la literal...
