En cuanto a "acteur", en textos de este tipo se emplea "actor" pare referirse a las diferentes partes implicadas o participantes.

En cuanto a "pôle", supongo que se refiere al centro de procedencia. Esta parte sí requeriría algo más de contexto para una confirmación.
