French term or phrase: Coquillage

Dentro de un contexto de Régimen anticolesterol tengo esta frase: "Les graisses conseillées dites insaturées: Les coquillages sauf en période de reproduction."
Una primera opción serían "conchas", pero mi duda es si este en sí es un grupo de animales como los crustáceos, moluscos, etc. o si está incluido en uno de esos grupos.
¿Alguna sugerencia por favor?

En términos culinarios, no estrictamente hablando del molusco como tal, es posible decirlo así, ya que el contexto en un mercado (alimenticio) se refiere a la comida como tal y no solamente al tipo de ser vivo.

Asker: Gracias. Pero por ejemplo si voy al mercado y pido "coquillage", sería lo mismo que concha de mar? (considerándolo dentro de un régimen alimenticio anti-colesterol)
