French to Spanish translations [PRO]
Food & Drink / Normas para los alimentos
French term or phrase: pailles, paillons
Contexto:
Están hablando de los peligros de contaminación de los alimentos: "Les pailles brutes utilisées pour la présentation des plateaxus de fromages ne subissent aucun traitement d'assanissement et sont porteuses de germes".
Préferer des plateaux facilement nettoyables aux paillons. Eviter le contact direct des croûtes avec la paille (feuille intercalaire d'usage alimentaire).

La paille ya explica lo que es, pero ¿es lo mismo que "paillons"?
¿Alguien conoce el nombre de estos términos?

Gracias
