A mi entender "alternée" se refiere a que el pasante debe hacer la pasantía, la práctica, por turno, o sea turnando el trabajo con otros pasantes, no es solamente él el que va a hacer la pasantía.
Se habla de "convention alternée" pas de "stage alterné"
