Estoy traduciendo un mandato de gestión entre una entidad financiera y un cliente particular. En una de las cláusulas se especifica lo siguiente:
Le mandataire s'oblige à agir avec diligence et en apportant le soin et l'attention commandés par les circonstances. Il n'engage cependant sa responsabilité qu'en cas de faute grave de sa part. Les articles 397 à 401 du Code de sobligations demeurent réservés.
¿Qué quiere decir en este contexto "demeurent réservés"? ¿quedan exceptuados?
