Lo entiendo (los demandan si no respetan los derechos de propiedad intelectual), pero no acierto a dar con la forma de expresarlo en esta cláusula.
Google da unos cuantos resultados con "bajo pena de demanda", pero no sé si es un simple calco o es la solución indicada.
