Puedo estar MUY equivocada, pero yo lo interpreto como "sans avoir recours à". sans recours à quelque titre que ce soit à l´égard du Client sin recurrir bajo ningún concepto al Cliente Querría decir que el "fournisseur" debe cumplir con su parte de un contrato sin obtener ayuda del Cliente (que es quien lo contrata, si no estoy equivocada).
