no es adecuado plantear este asunto ante el tribunal de apelación Explanation: SAISIR en español hay que traducirlo con una périfrasis, en mi opinión. Lo que se quiere decir es que hay incorrecciones o errores en el recurso formulado ante el tribunal de apelación. Evitaría LEGÍTIMAMENTE por ser un término jurídico estricto, que no figura en el texto francés. |
