En un contexto de contrato en el extranjero, no encuentro el equivalente de "majoration géographique". En Chile se dice "asignación de zona", pero no parece ser un término utilizado en España. "Compensación / bonificación / prima geográfica?
Por otra parte: expatrié = expatriado, pero "détaché" (sólo temporalmente) ???
