Por ejemplo, en textos jurídicos lo he visto así: «Notario XXX que fue de Barcelona (=feu xxx Notaire à Barcelone)»

Resulta que hace tiempo hice la misma pregunta en la combinación es-fr para la locución "que fue de" que aparece en los poderes que traduzco, y me confirmaron unos colegas juristas que era equivalente a "feu".
