"affrètement et frètement" es el hecho de alquilar y se pueden emplear indistintamente (ref 1). Como se explica bien en el documento que Virginie te ha proporcionado y que te vuelvo a dar (ref. 2). "fretement" es el acto de alquilar (le fait de fleter). Mientras que "affretement" se utiliza sobre todo en la expresion "contrato de...".
