Explanation:
La verdad es que no estoy muy segura, sólo tengo la definición en francés en el link que te adjunto y las definiciones de varios tipos de juez que existen en español, pero no sé cual se ajuste a la definición en francés, por lo que dicen, me parece que "juez ordinario" es lo más cercano.
Espero esto te ayude un poco.
