Je lui ai indiqué, conformément à l'article 1010 du Nouveau Code de Procédure Civile que si elle entendait défendre au pourvoi incident elle devait constituer un Avocat au Conseil d'Etat et à la Cour de Cassation et que si elle ne constituait pas avocat, l'arrêt à intervenir ne pourrait pas être frappé d'opposition.
