"S'entendre condamner in solidum xxx et sa compagnie d'assurance en tous les frais et dépens de l'instance, dont distraction au profit de la SCP xxxx, avocats, *aux offres et charges de droit*"
Que se condene in solidum a xxx y a su compañía de seguros a abonar las costas y gastos de la instancia, incluyendo los honorarios de la SCP xxx, abogados, .... y ya ahí me pierdo, no sé si es una redundancia referida a las costas o una fórmula? |
