En el Acuerdo dice:

1. Le préambule de la présente entente en fait partie intégrante pour valoir comme si, ici, récité au long :
Partage de biens (y continua con cada uno de los puntos del acuerdo).

No logro comprender exactamente a qué refiere "pour valoir comme si, ici, récité au long". Una tentativa sería:
"El Preambulo del presente acuerdo forma parte integrante para surtir efectos como si figurara en detalle:"
