Alguién me puede decir como interpretarian esta oracion:
"Sous condition de la realisation définitive des apports, du fait de l'approbation des apports par l'actionnaire unique des Societés XX et YY", l'assemblée génerale a decide changer la dénomination social de la société.
Es la primera frase que me causa problemas ya que no capto bien a fondo el sentido.
Cualquier sugerencia sera bienvenida.
